Very good customer experience. The PC arrived on time in great condition and was a breeze to set up. It's fast, powerful and quiet. A comparable PC from a leading brand would have been at least 25% more expensive. There was a minor issue setting up the wifi card to connect to my printer but Dylan was super helpful sorting it out, spending over two hours on the phone to resolve the problem. All in all I am delighted with PC Specialist.
