Easy to use website with really competitive prices when compared to the competitors. Was provided with regular updates on my order and any questions I had where responded to promptly. Delivery was agreed on a Saturday which DPD failed to pick up but they ensured that it would be delivered on the Tuesday and refunded me the additional delivery charge without me even asking. The machine that turned up was in generally very well built with the exception of two of the fans being installed on the aio the wrong way round but overall really happy with the experience
