Very professional company. Knowing the whole procedure will take long they kept me informed regularly. Package came well protected. Everything with the machine was excellent. There was only one problem but who is perfect? I definitely will use them again and recommend them to anyone who will want to buy a computer. The one problem was that there was no option "I have my own optic drive" under "optic drive". Therefore I selected option "I don't need one". Because of that they run the cables in a way that I had to rerun them. That's it. Apart from that an excellent seller.
