Desktop arrived shiny and safe (it took the full 4 weeks, but I was always kept up to date about build time). My brain is pretty much a tech-free zone, so I rang the idiot-hotline for help and advice after receiving the computer. Their telephone support was exemplary; very patient with me and genuinely willing (and able!) to help. All round, very, very good service.
