Customer Service was great! staff are really helpful throughout the process of making the order right the way through to the end when you receive the pc. The order took a totally of 29days (from the day I ordered to the day I received.) The online account page is very good for keeping you update with how your build is getting on. I assume the build took long to build due to the shortage of pc parts. that being said if you do have a graphics card already you may find buying the parts individually and building the machine yourself maybe quicker. Delivery was on point and came on the day agreed. initially delivery driver had difficultly finding my address and gave up. at that point I received a message saying he wasn't coming however I called pc specialist customer service and to their credit they contacted driver and told driver to try again and I eventually received the machine :-) The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was for the following: Only disappointment was I feel machine could have had more protection in package as the machine only had some foam on the top and bottom. the sides and center had nothing. Therefore the power supply outter cage was dented(I'm guessing smashed during delivery). the pc is working which is good and even though I could have had it fixed after waiting so long not sure I want to wait any longer. I did call pc specialists and let them know about this and they were helpful offering solutions. Also last little annoyance was the extras that come with the pc was just left in a box with no real labeling just was a bit of a mess. seemed as though it had just been flung in a box. so had to scramble about to find antenna pieces so I could assemble them and attach to machine so I could get wifi working. I would of preferred slightly better packaging with labels. The machine overall seems a good buy so far however with the inflation of pc part prices because of shortages etc its hard to really know whether your not over paying for pcs at the moment. luckily I already haave a graphics card so I only ordered everything else.
