I am completely happy with both the service I received and the PC I bought. Even when I changed the spec after ordering it was dealt with smoothly and they even added a cable for me that wasn't on the spec at all. The only negative is the pre-production wait (awful when you can't wait to get your hands on your new PC!), but the company was up front about this from the start and kept me well informed of progress. Actual production to delivery was very swift. I'm very happy to recommend PC Specialist.
