Overall great service - website is really easy to use and the support staff are responsive and willing to help with any queries. Also, really liked the Forum section as it allowed me to post my spec before I paid where members were able to offer some tweaks, which I would not have been aware off (my first PC build). Easy to keep up to date with the time line of your order, which moved quickly once through pre-production. Only negative was surrounding the case as it came with an inner part taped together hence the deducted a star. Will be in contact with live support though where I am sure they will be able to assist. Would definitely use this service again in the future and also recommend.
