Having bought my son a new pc a couple of years ago from pcspecialist I was very happy to be able to have my pc built to my specifications and at a very reasonable price too. The web site I found very easy to use, with the option of online chat to check anything I needed to. Very pleased with the final item.
My only gripe is that from order to delivery was a bit over 4 weeks, so if you are happy to wait that long for your new pc then I can recommend pcspecialist.
