I'll make this brief but superb. Let's start with the website. Super easy display, tells you everything you need to know, shows images, makes sure you get the right pieces for the right setup. For example, I requested a motherboard with a built in Wi-Fi card, and I didn't realise that. I put an additional Wi-Fi card on as an accessory and it told me before being able to check out that I won't need one as the motherboard already comes with one. Checkout was easy, images are crisp and clean so we know what we're expecting and the process overall is very pleasing.
Delivery was great, there wasn't a chance I was missing it. The packages were very padded, so if there were any damages or loose components, that means someone threw it around for sure, but it was spectacular upon arrival. Both monitors wrapped very securely together and the PC had plenty of protection in itself, and the components inside even had a bubble wrapper to stop it from breaking anything whilst being moved / shipped. I was expecting the PC to come in about 1 to 2 months, but it took 2 weeks. Super fast. There was 1 tiny screw loose, but no idea where it came from or where it goes. Hopefully not important.
The PC itself I can't be as lenient on as it cost £5k. Everything runs fine, I have the RTX 3090, the Ryzen 9 12 core processor, everything I asked for. However, the SSD's I'd ordered are missing a fair bit of space. I wanted to get 6TB in total, the Windows drive being 2TB and the external being 4TB. The Windows came in at 1.81TB with some space already taken for the Windows OS to actually run, but the D: drive came in at 3.63TB. I can't say I'm fully satisfied with 400GB missing, but I have around the space I'm asking for. There is a total of 600GB missing from the 6TB, so I technically have 5.4TB when ordering 6, so that's something to take into account.
RGB RAM sticks. I have 4 of them, giving me 64GB of corsair vengeance RAM, and they're RGB which means they light up and can be set into multiple light displays, different colours, different settings like rain, static, etc. They're in there for sure, but when accessing the lighting program iCUE, it shows "RAM 1 / 2 / 3 / 4" and when attempting to click in order, it shows completely random RAM sticks, so they're not ordered correctly in the machine, and one of the RAM sticks RGB is actually upside down, so I can't make any of the patterns look as they should due to it being misplaced. However, that's a small issue, but an expensive one if I was to attempt to change it around myself.
The device as a whole keeps itself super cool with the 6 fans I have on it which is fantastic. There is one minor issue and that's the Network card adaptor that I had got given. The thing doesn't even stay connected to the stand at all, so I've just had to lay it down, but it does work and it works very well.
Overall, I'd say it's definitely a 9/10 service, but they'd need to take their time in making sure they get all the components in correctly and try not to miss out that important bit of storage. I'm missing half a TB overall.
