When I phoned up initially it was clear that PC Specialist employees know what they're talking about. Also, they were ready to work with providing what I wanted, and made useful suggestions to improve the spec I was after. For me, the most important thing about buying any form of tech is that I need to be talking to an expert and that I be able to purchase the machine which will work best for my purposes. PC Specialist did all of that.
