Product was assembled and delivered in the time frame promised, a part had come loose during transit but the tech support staff were incredibly patient and thorough and we managed to identify the issue and fix it there and then. The product itself is fantastic and is better than I could have hoped. Definitely would recommend PC Specialist to anyone.
