This company was recommended by my son who works in IT (I don't have a clue). The pc was built within the time stated and upgraded (foc) because of the part requested had been superseded. My pc arrived on the day and to the minute!! Throughout the whole process PC Specialist kept me informed, something a lot of companies could learn from their communication is second to none. The one problem I had was that during transit the data cable had come off the SDD and therefore could not boot the operating system, but again on calling tech support they talked me step by step to resolve the issue. So will I buy again from here YES. Will I recommend PC Specialist YES. By the way for comparison we bought this to replace a pc bought from a very large high street chain at roughly the same cost, which after 6 months showed issues after a windows update. went to the store where I purchased it to try and get it fixed, to be told "you didn't buy the extended warranty so it must be something you've done" With that kind of customer service I will never go there for a PC again.
