Praise for - 1. Well organised website. 2. Self specification of PC. 3. Availability without being forced to buy Microsoft Windows. I installed Linux Mint. 4. Regular updates on fulfilling order and particulars of delivery. 5. Well packed for transit. 6. Minor problem quickly sorted out with aid of service representative. 7. Pricing appears competitive. Small niggles - 1. Lack of instructions concerning setting up radio mouse and keyboard. I used wired connection input devices from my previous PC in order to get started. 2. Bluetooth dongle not obvious to locate in box. Consulted customer services. 3. Pre-installed batteries for mouse and keyboard almost exhausted. Mouse behaviour erratic and gave impression of faulty equipment, which was not so. 4. Mouse has invisible laser. Functions fine but lack of visible light offers no reminder to switch off when not in use. Overall - Happy with transaction. Assuming all continues well I shall recommend to acquaintances.
