When first looking at PC specialist i'd initially used the websites tool for talking directly to a specialist which everytime answered the questions I had and left me satisfied. I then built my system using the online computer builder which was a blast to tinker with checking which items would be good and which could be cheaper etc, in the end coming together with a system which had a 3080 and a Ryzen 5 5600x. My only issue with the builder was the lack of price shown for primary components such as RAM, GPU, CPU, etc. However that was a nullfactor as you could usually guess the price for each with the full price at the top of the screen. After ordering my PC It took a while before recieving any initial contact other than the order confirmation. But when I did recieve contact that the build was being put together it took less than a week for the whole thing to be past QC and out of their door. Upon arrival the system was well packaged, with the GPU having its own little bracket made by PC specialist themselves and even an additional solid foam filler which wasn't hard to remove but provided plenty of support for the CPU fan and GPU to prevent damage in transit. On first turn on the system whirred into life with no issues still as of having the system for 10 days. I plan on keeping this system for the foreseeable future and when the day comes to finally upgrade once again I will likely see about coming back to PC Specialist as one happy customer.
