Although there's been a global parts shortage - I was kept updated throughout the whole process with several emails and progress updates. The PC arrived extremely well packaged and with simple instructions to get started. The PC build quailty is brilliant, and the main reason we used you was the customisable choices when selecting the components. 10/10
