The whole process of customising a PC order and getting it delivered was surprisingly simple. Although I did had to wait sometime before my PC was assembled and shipped I was getting weekly updates about the process. They also had provided me with extra information to help me set up my new PC once I receive it which I found incredibly helpful. I think if you are looking for an easy way fo customise your PC, PC Specialist is the way to go.
