I recently got a gaming PC from PC specialist. Their website has the best configurator I've seen (after comparing with some of their competitors before I ordered), very easy to use. Customer service was excellent, they do a great job keeping you informed about your order as it progresses and were up front about the wait times from the beginning. Their forum has lots of expert advice on how to choose your build, with help from the regulars there I ended up with a much better PC for my money than I'd have got otherwise. Delivery was good, on time and again i was kept up to date on progress. The PC itself is excellent and performs really well, haven't had any problems with it at all so far. Runs quiet, and can handle the games I play with ease (RTX on). I've not used it yet but the after sales service looks good too, with a compatibility checker for any upgrades I might want to do in the future.
