The PC I bought is primarily for Work and Gaming.
PC Specialist support is very helpful and accommodating. Their builders do a good job creating tidy cable management and setting up required and requested software without too much bloatware.
Order wait times are roughly a month but the service is worth it.
Very easy if you just want to pick your parts and receive a well put together PC to just plug and play.
My experience:
This is my 3rd time ordering with PC Specialist but a first for a computer specifically for my needs.
Communicating through customer support, I was able to gain a lot of control regarding the build of the pc, asking about the positioning of parts such as fans and coolers and was able to have a "task" put onto the build with instructions of how I wanted the PC.
I didn't buy a GPU with the PC as I already had one to install once receiving the PC, which PC Specialist accommodated for by including a text box on the order for me to include the GPU model so that the power cables would be in place to just plug in once I installed my card.
The time to receive the PC after purchase was a decent wait but it's to be expected with a custom build.
While installing an extra SSD and the GPU I re-routed some cables to allow for the installation of a 40mm fan for the VRM on the motherboard. This involved me practically removing the MB to gain access to a difficult screw but if I had done more research into the board and seen this optional add-on which comes with the MB and was placed in the box of extras which comes with the pc, I'm sure I could have asked for this to be pre-installed by the builder who did a wonderful job.
One negative I'm not sure who to blame for is a minor round scratch on the inside of the tempered glass on my case (Masterbox TD500 mesh) but I can't be certain on if this came from PC Specialist or from the factory.
