NOT THE SERVICE I EXPECTED!!
Firstly, on unpacking the machine, my engineer discovered that it would not start up because the graphics was not properly seated - screws loose and a slight twist to the frame. Luckily he managed to resolve the issue but this took time. SO MUCH FOR PRE-DELIVERY TESTING!!!!
Secondly, the Home/Student package which was ordered was not included. This involved phone calls and about 25 minutes of download time (my internet speed is only 20megs) and again extra cost was involved for engineer time.
