PC Specialists have a very easy to use website, offering pre-built (but where's the fun in that?) or design your own spec PC. The list of options are huge and once you are through this stage, you are guided to payment and given an estimate of build time and delivery. Communications from PC Specialists is excellent and will give you updates on the progress. Delivery once built is prompt and really well packaged - keep the box as you'll need this should you ever need to send back for repairs. Once out of the box, plugged in to screens etc it was quite quick to setup and get running. This is the second PC we've ordered from PC Specialists and both are in excellent working order and look really good to boot!
