Website and ordering: overall a good experience. Creating the PC was fairly simple and the warnings for incompatability were extremely helpful. I would have preferred an option to have the OS installed without a free trial of office included but otherwise. Good. Building the PC and communication: Very good. Built within reasonable time and communicated with regularly, when they said they would. Delivery and Product: Delivered on time. Product works well and am very happy with it. Only issue is the foam packaging was harder to remove than originally thought.
