Amazing customer service. Waited a little longer than I'd hoped for the PC to be built, but with shortages of parts it's more impatience on my part than shortcomings on theirs.
They were very patient when I rang up to ask what delivery option would get it to me fastest.
One of their technical support guys (Dana his name was if the company sees this) was incredibly helpful fixing a mistake I'd made installing a new part too, remote controlled my PC to fix it, and fixed a few other problems I didn't even know I'd caused while there!
