Took a while to be shipped, but that was expected. It was packaged well and wasn’t damaged during transit. It was incredibly easy to set up and didn’t take long at all. Overall the service experience was great: - The website will tell you if certain components aren’t compatible/undeed. - It’s easy to access previous quotes. - Everything is just very clear and easy to use on the website. - Though shipping takes a while, it will update the status of your PC online. - Once shipped, it arrives very quickly. The PC itself is carefully put together and very neat. It works like a dream, and I haven’t encountered a single issue so far. I would highly recommend.
