I know absolutely nothing about gaming PCs, but as my 13 year old son wanted one for Christmas l decided to order one for him. There are many companies I could have ordered from but chose PC specialist based on their reviews and based on an online chat I had with one of their advisors, Rob. I explaining what my son was after, and Rob put together a custom PC for me. He asked all the relevant questions to make sure the PC would be tailored to my son’s needs. The process from beginning to end was very easy. Rob saved this in my quotes, which I easily retrieved and ordered. I was kept informed of production status every 5 days and received the PC and monitor around 3 weeks after the order was placed. As this is for Christmas we haven’t put the PC together yet.
