We ordered a custom gaming PC, competitively priced and delivered in the expected timeframe, communication was excellent throughout. DPD had damaged the box on delivery, but PC was OK inside. The Build quality is excellent. The only problem we had was with the iCue software pre-installed, it crashed the PC within a few hours and would not work after reboot and did not allow reinstall of the software either, so a restored the PC. The same thing happened again, so I did a clean install of Windows 11 and downloaded the software from CORSAIR (albeit an older version) PC has now worked for a week with no issues and great performance. Would definitely recommend PC Specialist.
