Super informative regarding build progress, easy to speak to and they were considerate enough to ship my Christmas gift in a plan package as to not disclose whats inside. Only negative I have is there is no handle with care on the box. Fortunately the DPD guy dropping my package from knee height did not cause any structural damage.
