The build and communication was fantastic. The expected antivirus 90 day trial install was not present, nether was the USB recovery stick, but they followed up with a link / overnight delivery. Minor niggles in an otherwise painless process. Don't expect to specify a high end PC and then get it within 2 days. They build to order, but the emails to update you are reassuring, and they managed to stick to the original 2 week schedule despite COVID and the aftermath of component shortages.
