I decided to go with PC Specialist after a recommendation from a friend and I have not been disappointed at all. The whole process was excellent. From the start choosing each part on the builder was very intuitive and informative from a first time buyers perspective. I ordered at the end of nov and received my build almost exactly a month later, with the run up to Christmas I bet this is actually an excellent turnaround. Although for me and my excitement it felt much longer and even though the online account section was very informative and explained each part of the process whist it was happening, I couldn’t help but jump on the chat. Whist on the chat the staff were very attentive and must have thought, here he is again. But what can I say, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it. Shipping was through DPD, as always next day & excellent. The packaging was also excellent, and received perfectly. Set up was very easy as almost everything was done by PC Specialist. All I had to do was set up the RGB to my liking and tweak the graphics card settings for my screen. Overall excellent and no doubt I will be using them again in the future. Thank you!
