Whilst looking for a custom gaming pc builder for a 2021 xmas gift for my son I reviewed just about every company I could find online & finally decided on PC Specialist. Personally, I found they gave me the widest choice via their easy to understand component menu which is checked for compatibility. This helped me manage my budget knowing that a modern gaming pc is an ongoing project (upgrading hardware/software etc part of the fun & the learning experience) & let me focus on the bits you don't want to scrimp on but feel safe that everything is compatible & going to work (& so far I'm pleased to say no issues) I started on the website with the build & quote but feeling that given I was about to spend a significant amount of money I decided to rang the contact number to speak to a human being & given it was the lead up to xmas got through fairly quickly & spoke with a guy called Sam Davenport very helpful walked me through my quote, the current issues in graphic card shortages/xmas demand etc, he went the extra mile for me & off the back of that I went ahead with the purchase. After that I had regular email updates at each stage from purchase to delivery. I also used the live chat as I was a little nervous about pre xmas delivery but I was given a more precise update which turned out to be spot on. delivery came on time & setup was just sign in to preloaded MS windows 11 & we were up & running. PC came with a decent amount free trail anti virus (90 days with gamer mode) GPU dash board & RGB app already loaded. So in all, my experience has been excellent so I will be most likely using PC specialist as my first port of call for upgrade components.
