Customer service was fairly limited when contacting about build times and could only provide information that was provided the system. When requesting information about ETAs they were unable to give me any specific information.
The pricing was good.
The Build quality was fantastic. PC was constructed well and all cable management was tidy and out of site.
The only issue was the delivery company failed to deliver to the correct address and it required me to go hunting for the box as it was delivered to a neighbor even though I was waiting at home.
