Although it could have been a little daunting having only ever bought a pre-built PC "off the shelf" before, the whole process with PC Specialist was like a walk in the park! The website clearly advised me when I was making a balls up when specifying parts that would not work together, which was really comforting. The communication throughout the ordering and build process was first rate and the delivery guy turned up when he said he would. Would I use PCS again? Definitely!
