I have had a PC Specialist desktop since Mar 2019, and been very happy with it. So when it came to buying one for my son I decided to go with them again. I started with one of the recommended spec gaming PCS that was roughly what I wanted, and then tweaked the spec to my requirements. The check process at the end is great as it told me I had over-specced the cooling for the components I had chosen - saving me £60! When the PC arrived the set up instructions were clear, and I got it up and running with no problems. My son is very pleased with it and has had no problems to date. One slight issue was that delivery took over a week longer than predicted at the time of order. It wasn't a big problem for me, but could be for others. I should also say that the options they offer for extras like monitors aren't always the best. So my advice to just order the PC from them and then get the extras elsewhere.
