I was ordering a replacement laptop for my sister, who had a PC specialist one before and wanted ideally the exact same. The website is really easy to use and information is transparent, which makes ordering stress free for an anxious person like me. Despite ordering just before Christmas the laptop was ready well before expected. I got clear emails for every step of the way so I knew where it was at. I think this is really important when there is a wait for an expensive purchase. The laptop seems fine for the price and clearly my sister liked it last time!
