Had a couple of crashes and teething issues at the start but have had no problems since, seems to have sorted itself out and runs like a dream. Very happy with customer service and the way you can keep tabs on your order, website shows what stage it's at and even has explanations for each stage, it turned up within around a week of ordering which was great. I bought a laptop and my only concern with it was that when selecting components it didn't really give too much detail as to what the motherboard actually was, or specifics for the battery and power supply. I know what they are now but perhaps list the motherboard specs within the component selector section. All in all though, great machine and great service. Well done!
