I had in mind the sort of desktop PC i wanted so was able to pick the base system and then tailor it to my needs. My main queries that were harder to follow were the number of USB ports it supported and quantity and which monitor connections types as I wanted to attach 2 monitors to it. That info could have been clearer. Once selected the AI checked my selections were compatible etc and process through to arrival a week later was really smooth. Assembly at home was straightforward and really pleased with the system
