Before purchase, the sales and technical team listened carefully to what my needs were and advised on the best gaming laptop for me. The price was competitive and the latest components used. The delivery was great. There was a problem wiht the speed of video editing and I was able to return the laptop for checking with no problem. A change in a setting was needed and the laptop returned to me promptly. I would use the company again having been impressed in all aspects of its operation.
