I ordered my new computer and received it within a week. Some of the parts were not available but I was immediately e-mailed to discuss other options which I agreed to and the order was processed . I also received a refund due to the change in the order. I received regular communications about how far the order was completed and it was dispatched in a timely fashion. The packaging was excellent and the instructions were easy to follow to set up the computer. I would definitely recommend this website to friends and relatives.
