Ordering/configuration process worked very well (3rd time I have used PC s)and I was kept informed all the way through the process e.g. any non compatibility of modules selected. Delivery was quicker than expected (or wanted, see separate review of DPD. Info sheet regarding connection of graphics card card confusing as not representative of actual graphics card. PC booted up and running well. Slight niggle regarding "one size fits all" booklet which really did not help regarding external connection.
