Second order from PCSpecialist, this time a 'starter' gaming desktop pc for my teenage son. From placing order to delivery was 1 week, well packaged and good communication from PCS. The pc runs well and as expected. The only thing we needed to tweak was the Norton 360 software that was installed, as it was preventing any external internet connection, and the software gave no clue as to how to manage it, so that was uninstalled and subsequently the pc is fine and Windows Defender is an adequate solution in my experience.
