From pressing the button to order my laptop to when the build started was less than 1 hour. very efficient service during the build, as you are kept appraised of progress. The only thing that let them down was the courier service which took over a week for them to deliver (DPD). would suggest that they look for an alternate courier as I have had problems with them with order through other companies. Support is really efficient as well. Had an issue with the Windows not being activated and they remote connected and sorted it out in a flash. Would highly recommend.
