I haven't been this impressed by a company in... I can't remember how long! It's been my first time using PC Specialist and indeed creating my own computer (I wanted a beefy machine for video editing, with better specs than the more expensive off-the-shelf solutions from Dell, PC World etc). They have perfected a blend of clever sales automation and UK-based human customer care (who really know their stuff). I've gone from being someone slightly nervous of a choosing my own PC components, to a more confident tech user AND advocate of PC Specialist. Very impressed that I could call someone and they could go through my suggested parts to check that I was getting the right stuff for what I needed. Not only that, they were very fast and the build quality is second to none. I'm a fan!
