I ordered my first PC from PC Specialist in 2009. Unfortunately, there was as issue with the Graphics card. I contacted the PC Specialist customer service team, and they were very helpful in trying to resolve the issue. However, it soon became apparent that it was a fault in the card itself and it needed to be replaced. They offered to have the entire PC collected and fixed, but luckily, I had a computer savvy friend that offered to exchange the cards for me, so PC Specialist ended up simply replacing the card, and it worked perfectly after that.
I bought my second PC from them in 2016. This one did not have any issues at all and that I was super happy with. It lasted me a long time, and although it is still going strong, some of the components are now out of date, and it was time for an upgrade.
I bought my current PC a couple of weeks ago, and the build and delivery time was the best it has been to date. Great cable management, all cables properly connected. I had to have this one delivered abroad, and the CS Team was super helpful in answering all my questions regarding shipping and VAT.
PC Specialist also send emails explaining how to set up your PC once it arrives, which I found extremely helpful the first time I bought a PC from them. I have more experience now, but it's still a nice extra service that just shows how much they care about their product and their wish for you to enjoy it once it arrives.
I could not be any happier with the product, the build, the shipping or the service, and even having moved away from the country I will keep buying my future PCs from PC Specialist.
