Genuinely excellent experience. However, it's 4 stars instead of 5 only because the RAM I'd included in my original build was suddenly not listed when I was ready to submit my order. I prepared a different build and was able to include the desired RAM, suggesting it was available. I eventually had to upgrade my build. However, PCSpecialist were very accommodating with any changes I wanted to make.
