Everything went smoothly from A to Z. I have the computer I wanted, and it does the job perfectly. I got off to a bad start, however, by mistyping my email address when I placed the order. That meant I didn't receive confirmation. When I called, PC Specialist were very friendly, spotted the problem and dealt with it super-quickly. I would absolutely recommend.
