The ability to configure the lap top was first rate as was the build time and delivery. Unfortunately we hit a problem when trying to set up and my friend who is very IT literate had to spend a substantial number of hours on the phone to your technical staff. The problem related to Windows 11 and it appears that the set up before shipping was incorrect. The result was that the system had to be taken down and Windows 11 re-installed from scratch. The member of the technical staff was very helpful and patient since it did involve a number of hours on the phone. The speed of the system is quite impressive.
