I ordered the PC for my sons birthday and was unsure what I was buying, however the online chat tool helped me get the PC i needed. The website quoted the status of my order and when i checked it was in pre-production for 11 working days, however when i contacted PC Specialist the order was despatched two days later. Delivery was very efficient.
