Very helpful, friendly advice when I called to talk through my options. Great machine - I ordered the Initia 17.3 screen with as much power as I could afford. Took two weeks to arrive from order, which was fine by me at a busy time of year. Only gripe is that Windows PIN wouldn't load on Windows 11, so I had to reset the computer which meant I had to download and install all the pre-ordered software and anti-virus. But, PC Specialist helped with that too.
