Website is very easy to use and great value! Very happy with the entire process through to ordering. In honesty found the customer service (especially the online chat) a little frustrating, there is a bug in their online system that doesn't actually update the stages to show where the order is at (processing, build etc) which meant I had to chase them over virtual chat and email. Delivery was delayed in arrival but not PC specialist's fault. Overall would definitely recommend and I will most probably be a repeat customer.
