I've used PC Specialist for the last ten years, and there's a reason I keep coming back. Recently upgraded to a Iconico 17'3 laptop, as my old Optimus was on its last legs. I ordered the laptop on a Saturday (custom build) and it was with me the following Thursday. The laptop is sleek and surprisingly lightweight, the screen quality is utterly fantastic, and I honestly couldn't be happier with my purchase. The actual laptop runs like a dream, does everything I need it to and looks gorgeous doing it. Having dealt with customer support in the past, I've always had positive experiences.
