My second laptop purchase from PC Specialist (the first purchased in 2019 and still going strong!). Needed a second laptop and, based on the first purchase/after-sales experience, PC Specialist was the immediate choice. With custom-built options and well set out explanations of each component, it was easy to select the relevant option for me. Price, as before, was excellent and delivery time within expectation. Had a bug with the start-up function which meant I could not pass a certain point in this process and delayed personal set up until the next day - nevertheless, customer services at PC Specialist were incredibly fast in helping resolve this. Had another problem later in the day trying to load the Blu-Ray software purchased at the same time from PC Specialist, but again another customer service representative took control of my machine remotely and managed to do this for me. Really impressed with the customer service and, ultimately, the laptop so far. Based on the 2019 purchase, I am expecting this laptop to also run for many years. Well done PC Specialist.
